And only sent a payment in when you told me that the electrician had been informed and was working on the problem. So the signal should return shortly. I expect for it to happen by Monday. Please follow up with the monitoring agent on Monday and/or Tuesday to make sure that everything is in working order. Then, shoot me an email to confirm. "When we first received a letter stating that our landlord gave management over to Onyx Management Group I must say that I was a bit skeptic. I thought that they would be very unpersonable and make our living situation a little more difficult. However, this was not the case. Onyx Management has been amazing. As a college student it’s nice to have guys that understand where you’re coming from and respect your situation. They have also been a huge help in fixing the problems around our house very promptly unlike the original landlord. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a house; they are very helpful and easy to talk to."
